Interactivity
Interactivity is about
conducting a dialogue, rather than a monologue with the marketplace. It's
about soliciting a response from your communications, and then being able
to respond back with additional information. It's about having a dynamic,
changing relationship with your customers and prospects. And after all -
none of us are happy in static, one dimensional relationships, are we?
Interactivity is about closing the loop in a marketing communications
program.
